How long do orders take?

For personalised wedding stationery sent to the UK, please allow 2-4 weeks from approval of proofs to receipt. Orders requiring a high level of hand-finishing may take more than 4 weeks, but you will be advised of this before production begins.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes I do! However this will incur a greater delivery charge, and may take up to 4 weeks to reach you after posting. Please Contact before you order personalised wedding stationery for a quote to send tracked. For all other items please see below for shipping charges:









All items are sent standard delivery unless you contact us before making your order to request a quote.

How do I get my order personalised?

When your order for a personalised product is placed, you will receive an email containing a brief questionnaire which you will need to fill in. Once this is returned, within 48 hours you should receive a digital proof – if you haven’t please check your Spam folder! After you have approved this, your order will be sent to print, so please check carefully as it is your responsibility to ensure the print appears as you would want it to and with correct spellings!

I’ve seen a range I like – can you make me something matching that isn’t already on the website?

Absolutely! Please contact me, either using the Contact Us page, or email for a quote.

Is there a minimum order?

On personalised wedding stationery there is a minimum order of 30 items.

How much does it all cost?

We have a standard pricing system for all our items, so no surprises! Click the link to download the Giftast Price List 2020. This price list also applies to Bespoke wedding stationery, with an additional design fee. See our Bespoke page for more details.

What are your Return and Cancellation Policies?

Non-personalised items – returns are accepted within 28 days of placing your order, or 14 days of your order being delivered. 

Personalised items – we are unable to accept returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty. This includes Pet Portrait commissions. 

Please notify me at or contact me here if you would like to arrange a return. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Digital downloads are not subject to the 14 day right-to-cancel policy. We are unable to offer refunds on these items.

Wedding Stationery – Personalised range items. A 50% deposit of the quoted price is required to secure your order, with the final 50% required following agreement of proofs. Items can be cancelled before first or second payments, but any payments made will be non-refundable.
